Job Description:

Senior ISO Management Consultant (remote based in the South East / Home Counties with some travel to clients) required to support clients in implementing, designing, and improving ISO Quality management systems / ISO Standards. Strong skills in Quality (ISO 9001), and at least one of Health & Safety (ISO 45001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and Information Security (ISO 27001) are required. The role is with a fast-growing, innovative, award-winning ISO consultancy with offices near Tunbridge Wells, Kent, and London, supporting a diverse range of private and public sector clients.

The remote role is based in the South East / Home Counties, with travel to customer sites a few times per month. Salary: £43-55k + Benefits.

Essential skills include:

• An open-minded, consultative, and customer-centric approach with experience advising external clients or implementing quality management systems internally within complex businesses.
• Proven hands-on experience in implementing ISO 9001 and at least one of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or ISO 27001.
• Experience as an auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, or ISO 50001.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience in designing, implementing, operating, and maintaining multisite IMS / Integrated Management Systems.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• A strong teamwork ethic.
• A full driving license and a car for travel to client sites in London and the UK.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple ISO projects and client groups.
• Time management and self-motivation to support a portfolio of clients.
• Supporting clients in implementing and improving ISO Quality management systems.
• Drafting policies and procedures.
• Collecting records and data as required by international standards.
• Ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Identifying legal, statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Recognizing risks and opportunities relevant to the client.
