Job summary

GE Grid Solutions is seeking a Quality and Compliance Engineer in the UK to strengthen the Engineering delivery team. You will ensure processes are current, fit for purpose, and rigorously applied across tender and project delivery phases.

The role involves audits, process development, and embedding best practices, with a focus on improving efficiency and capitalising on project learnings within the North Europe Grid System Integration context.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Experience with project delivery activities on large capital projects.
• Familiar with quality systems, auditing, and process improvement techniques/tools.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits to ensure processes are applied correctly and manage corrective actions.
• Update and develop procedures to drive improvements and maintenance of processes.
• Educate engineering teams on process expectations and business requirements.
• Lead capturing and capitalisation of learnings from projects and communicate improvements.
