GE Grid Solutions seeks a Quality and Compliance Engineer to join the engineering delivery team. You will audit processes, update and develop procedures, and lead learning capture from projects to ensure continuous improvement across the North/South Europe region.

The role emphasizes education of engineering teams on process applications and business expectations, with a focus on delivering compliant, high-quality outcomes for large capital projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with project delivery processes for large capital projects.
• Familiar with quality management systems and process auditing.
• Experience creating and maintaining business processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular audits to ensure processes are applied and manage corrective actions.
• Maintain and develop procedures to improve efficiency and alignment across teams.
• Capture and capitalise learning from projects and communicate improvements.
