Job summary

GE Grid Solutions is seeking a Design Quality and System Engineering Manager to lead across Design Quality Management, Systems Engineering and the Zero Defect framework for NSE projects. You will ensure processes are current, applied rigorously and that interfaces and requirements are fully managed across large capital transmission projects in North and South Europe, delivering high quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes audits, process development, lessons capture and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• First degree in an engineering discipline.
• Significant experience in project delivery of large capital projects.
• Familiar with quality systems, auditing and process improvement.
• Experience creating business processes and educating users.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
• Strong understanding of Systems Engineering (INCOSE).

Responsibilities

• Audit process application during tender and project delivery.
• Update and maintain procedures for improvement and efficiency.
• Capture and capitalise lessons learned across projects.
• Lead requirements engineers and manage interfaces.
• Implement GE Vernova Zero Defect framework in NSE Engineering.
