Job summary

GE Grid Solutions is seeking a Design Quality and System Engineering Manager to lead quality and systems integration across North and South Europe NSE projects. The role emphasizes process audits, procedure development, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure robust interfaces and requirements management.

You will drive a Zero Defect mindset, oversee requirements engineering, and educate teams on process discipline while aligning with global engineering standards and project delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in engineering or related discipline with strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience with quality systems and process auditing.
• Understanding of ISO9001:2015.
• Knowledge of systems engineering principles (INCOSE).
• Experience in capital projects and tendering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Design Quality Management including process audits at tender and delivery phases.
• Develop and maintain procedures to drive improvements and efficiency across engineering.
• Coordinate processes within Engineering and with other business units; provide regional representation.
• Capture learning from projects and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Lead and manage Requirements Engineers to capture, manage and validate requirements.
• Implement the GE Vernova Zero Defect framework focusing on design risk management and verification.
