Job summary

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a Certificates Coordinator in Birmingham. You will support the compliance and certification team by maintaining robust records, monitoring activity, and producing management information to drive performance improvements across Reactive, PPM and Remedial works.

The role acts as a link between compliance teams and field service delivery, ensuring technical accuracy and timely paperwork in line with SLAs.

Qualifications

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Organised, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Quick learner with ability to adapt to new processes and systems.
Team player able to collaborate with large teams.
IT literate with experience using digital tools.
Experience with ticketing systems or similar tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Monitor compliance documentation, recording levels and gaps.
Review documents for technical accuracy and quality across streams.
Identify remedial actions to retain compliant status across equipment and estate.
Track and assign remedial tasks, ensuring progress is recorded.
Ensure paperwork is uploaded within agreed SLAs for all work orders.
Liaise between compliance analysts and field engineering delivery teams.
Maintain comprehensive records of activities and communications.
Produce periodic and ad hoc reports to support performance monitoring.
