Job summary

Training Qualifications UK is seeking a meticulous Print and Certification Officer to safeguard the accuracy and integrity of our printed materials and certificates in a busy office in Sale, Greater Manchester. You will conduct quality assurance checks, handle mail, and support with SLAs and live audits, ensuring secure, compliant processing of exam papers and endorsed qualifications.

The role is permanent, full-time, based in the office, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance checks on all paper-based materials and certificates, flagging errors.
• Ensure printed materials meet internal quality standards prior to dispatch.
• Handle and sort all incoming mail, ensuring timely processing.
• Be subject to live audits to verify accuracy, completeness, and SLA compliance.
• Certificate printing for endorsed and regulated qualifications, ensuring timely dispatch.
