Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing technical compliance documentation, maintenance records, certifications and remedial works in FM, engineering, property or infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of compliance, assurance and audit principles, with ability to assess technical evidence and identify non-conformances.
• Confident at reviewing, interpreting and assessing technical documentation.
• Experience identifying, recording and escalating compliance risks and issues.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess technical compliance documentation, inspection reports, certifications and maintenance records for contractual and regulatory adherence.
• Conduct independent assurance reviews of maintenance activities, remedial works, asset records and supporting documentation.
• Validate remedial actions through evidence, photos, test results and work records.
• Identify, record and escalate compliance risks and data quality issues for timely resolution.
• Maintain assurance records, audit trails and performance reporting for governance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Technical Compliance Managers, SMEs, operational teams and Asset & Data Management to improve compliance performance.
• Support assurance reviews of CAFM records, asset information and maintenance activities for accuracy and completeness.
