Job summary

TLD EUROPE seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA team and own the quality proposition across build and inspection processes. You will influence cross‑functional stakeholders, interpret data, and drive tangible actions aligned with our quality policy.

You will oversee ISO9001 activities, audits, supplier quality management, and the Quality Management System, partnering with the Steering Committee to embed continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong background in quality management systems and QA processes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and steering committees.
• Proven track record in audits (internal/external) and supplier quality management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Quality Assurance team and maintain quality standards throughout build and inspection processes.
• Manage First Article Inspection and all related inspection activities across the value stream.
• Oversee the Quality Management System, controlled documents, corrective/preventive actions, and ISO9001 activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and align departments with the quality proposition, in collaboration with the COO and Steering Committee.
