Job summary

Aureos is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our infrastructure division. You will provide expert quality direction across staff at all levels and drive continual improvement across projects, liaising with senior management and clients.

You will lead audits, oversee compliance with ISO standards, and support tendering while building effective relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Degree educated in a construction related subject.
• Member of the Chartered Quality Institute.
• Trained in ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001
• A valid UK driving licence.
• A record of success in managing quality and business improvement in construction.
• Expert in the field of Quality Management and Continual Improvement.
• Infrastructure and civil engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and advice to staff at all Senior Management levels on quality management and continual improvement.
• Report quality matters to Senior Management using dashboards and images.
• Monitor and drive compliance within the BMS and ISO standards.
• Lead audits and manage corrective actions.
• Support tendering and bid submissions with quality input.
• Lead new business initiatives and projects related to quality.
