Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe seeks an experienced Quality Leader to drive quality principles, processes and continual improvement across the Operating Unit. You will shape documentation, lead audits, and collaborate with global SSHEQ teams to ensure current, fit-for-purpose systems and accreditations.

You will mentor colleagues, manage at least one team member, and contribute to reporting and governance through the Quality Council and Board updates.

Qualifications

You will possess in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 with Lead Auditor qualifications in each.
Strong organisation, communication, coaching, training and MS Office skills are essential.
Membership of CQI as a CQP MCQI, or willingness to achieve this, is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of quality principles, processes and practices across the OU.
Audit, accreditation, and act as focal point for auditors and external agencies.
Design, implement and review SSHEQ policies, procedures and guidance.
Deliver quality and SSHEQ training to all levels and collaborate across units.
Monitor customer feedback and drive corrective actions and continual improvement.
