Job summary

LDI Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Head of Product Quality to lead quality across the full product lifecycle, from NPI to aftermarket support, ensuring best-in-class standards and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, suppliers and customers to drive continuous improvement, reduce non-conformances and strengthen the Quality Management System across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven quality leadership experience within engineering or electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001 & AS9100.
• Auditing experience and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to lead teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Product Quality team.

A leading Electronics Manufacturing Services provider is looking for an experienced Head of Product Quality to join its growing team at a world-class manufacturing facility.

Supporting customers across sectors including space, defence, transport, motorsport, audio, and instrumentation, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving quality excellence across a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll lead product quality across the full product lifecycle — from NPI through to aftermarket support — ensuring best-in-class quality standards, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, suppliers, and customers to improve processes, reduce non-conformances, and strengthen the Quality Management System across the business.
