Job summary

Product and Technology in London seeks a Senior QA Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of quality initiatives across multiple markets. You will lead global QA teams, shape quality practices, and partner with senior leaders to embed quality into delivery, while managing complex multi-team testing and automation programs.

Qualifications

• 15 years in software quality assurance with progression into strategic leadership
• Minimum 5 years leading QA teams
• Proven track record building and scaling QA functions in complex multi-product environments
• Experience embedding quality practices and culture across engineering
• Strong strategic leadership and organisational change management capability
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders from executive to technical levels
• Expert knowledge of testing methodologies, frameworks, and quality strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA function across a global business platform.
• Define and evolve quality strategy aligned to objectives and roadmaps.
• Partner with senior leaders on organisational initiatives while owning workstream execution.
• Drive transformation from reactive testing to proactive quality engineering.
• Build, mentor, and scale a QA organisation across geographies.
• Oversee enterprise test strategy, planning, and execution across the platform.
• Drive automation strategy with ROI and coverage metrics.
• Own release management and quality gatekeeping for production deployments.
