Job summary

Carepoint-Services-Limited seeks a hands-on Quality Assurance Manager to lead branch-level quality improvements, drive risk management, and uphold safeguarding and compliance standards.

You will work with teams, clients, and external health care professionals to deliver person-centred care and strong customer service across our network, ensuring quality assurance is embedded in everyday practice.

Qualifications

  • Experience caring for older people, learning disabilities, mental health and other complex needs.
  • Knowledge of CQC Regulations and compliance.
  • Hands-on motivator with a positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
  • Completion of Health and Social Care Level 5 or RMA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quality assurance improvements across branches focusing on safeguarding, customer service and compliance.
  • Develop and support risk management processes to maintain high care standards.
  • Build effective relationships with teams, clients and external health care professionals.
  • Be willing to travel to locations as needed (e.g., Oxford, Brighton, Burgess Hill, London, Bromley).

Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Quality Assurance Manager who is confident leading with Branch Audits, Customer Service, Complaints and Safeguarding Matters.

Quality Assurance Manager Job Role:

You will use your experience and expertise to develop, actively lead and support our branches with Quality Improvement, Risk Management, and striving for a high standard of Customer Service and Compliance.

With outstanding people management skills, a person-centred approach and knowledge of CQC Regulations and Local Authority Guidelines you must have the ability to build effective relationships with the teams, our clients and external Health Care Professionals.

Quality Assurance Manager Essential Criteria:
  • Experienced in caring for older people, learning disabilities, mental health. autism and other complex needs.
  • A capable and confident person with the drive and passion to ensure person centred care and support to the individuals receiving care and support.
  • Confident in your knowledge of CQC Regulations and Compliance.
  • Hands on motivator, positive attitude and team player.
  • Completed Health and Social Care Level 5 or RMA or equivalent..
  • Unflappable and able to deal with pressured situations maturely and calmly
  • Well organised, good communicator and familiar with Outlook Excel Word and Roster/ECM Systems
  • At least 2 years management experience in Health & Social Care sector.
  • Happy to travel to our locations which will include when needed to Oxford, Brighton, Burgess Hill, London and Bromley.
  • Someone who is driven and passionate enough to understand that a successful leader is not always in the office and is happy to meet clients and motivate staff in the field as well.
