Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead assurance, governance and compliance activities that support safe, effective and high-quality services for our residents.

As part of the Risk & Assurance Management Team, you will deliver quality assurance frameworks, coordinate assurance activity for regulatory compliance, manage audit programmes, oversee self-assessments, and lead learning from reviews, incidents and investigations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a regulated environment with responsibility for QA, governance, compliance or audit.
• Proven management experience within QA, audit, governance or related service improvement.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in housing or similarly regulated sectors.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills; translate data into recommendations.
• Experience leading audits, investigations, reviews and organisational learning.
• Stakeholder management with ability to influence constructively at all levels.
• Commitment to fairness, transparency and evidence-based decision making.
