Due to an internal move, we are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead assurance, governance and compliance activities that support safe, effective and high-quality services for our residents. As part of the Risk & Assurance Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering quality assurance frameworks, coordinating assurance activity for regulatory compliance, managing audit programmes, overseeing self‑assessments, and leading learning from reviews, incidents and investigations. This is more than a compliance role. You will be instrumental in helping the organisation make informed, evidence‑based decisions by turning quality, assurance and risk information into meaningful insight. Through the analysis of trends, performance information, assurance findings and emerging risks, you will identify opportunities for improvement, provide constructive challenge and support leaders to strengthen services and outcomes for residents. You will also oversee the monitoring and reporting of assurance actions and audit recommendations, providing clear visibility of progress, impact and areas requiring further focus.
