Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead assurance, governance and compliance activities that support safe, effective and high-quality services for residents. You will deliver QA frameworks, coordinate regulatory assurance, manage audit programmes and oversee self-assessments, promoting learning from reviews and incidents.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a regulated environment with responsibility for quality assurance, governance, compliance or audit.
• Proven management experience within quality assurance, audit, governance, service improvement or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, ideally within housing, social care or a similarly regulated sector.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate findings into meaningful recommendations.
• Experience leading audits, investigations, reviews and organisational learning activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence and challenge constructively at all levels.
• A commitment to fairness, transparency and evidence‑based decision making.
• A proven ability to drive improvement through assurance findings, insight and learning.
• A passion for improving outcomes for residents and customers.

• Deliver quality assurance frameworks and coordinate assurance activity for regulatory compliance.
