Job summary

Mtvh is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead assurance, governance and compliance across a large resident-focused organisation. The role is based in either our Nottingham or London offices, with hybrid working and travel required between sites.

You will drive quality assurance frameworks, coordinate regulatory assurance activities and oversee audits, self-assessments and learning from incidents to improve outcomes for residents and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated environment with quality assurance, governance, compliance or audit.
• Proven management experience in quality assurance, audit, governance or service improvement.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in housing, social care or similarly regulated sectors.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills with ability to translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance frameworks, governance and compliance activities.
• Coordinate assurance activity for regulatory compliance and audits.
• Manage audit programmes, self-assessments and organisational learning.
• Oversee reviews, incidents and investigations and extract learning for improvement.
• Monitor and report assurance actions and audit recommendations; ensure transparent findings.
