Ignis Solutions is working with a growing specialist care provider to appoint a Quality and Governance Manager across its adult services.
You will work closely with operational leaders and Registered Managers to improve quality across a portfolio of CQC regulated services.
Your responsibility will extend beyond completing audits. You will identify what needs to improve, support managers to make the change and ensure learning becomes embedded within everyday practice.
This position offers the opportunity to help shape how quality operates across a growing provider.
You will have direct access to senior leadership and the authority to influence systems, management practice and service development. You will be able to see the results of your work rather than simply reporting concerns or completing compliance checks.
For somebody currently working at service or regional level, this provides a credible route towards Head of Quality, Group Quality Lead or wider governance leadership.
