Job summary

SSR Personnel seeks a seasoned professional to own and enhance a comprehensive Governance, Risk, Compliance and Quality framework. You will engage with senior leadership to strengthen standards, resilience and operational performance across the organisation.

The role spans ISO, information security, privacy, supplier assurance, and business continuity, offering broad impact and cross-functional collaboration within a hybrid Berkshire-based setting.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, ISO 42001).
• Proven ability to oversee governance, risk and compliance (GRC) across complex organisations.
• Knowledge of SOC 2 Type II, PCI-DSS and privacy regulations (GDPR).
• Strong supplier/third-party assurance oversight and business continuity planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the organisation's integrated management systems.
• Oversee information security, privacy and GDPR compliance.
• Manage business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational resilience across functions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen standards and performance.
• Coordinate governance, risk and compliance activities with cross-functional teams.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of an established Governance, Risk, Compliance & Quality framework, working closely with senior leadership to strengthen standards, resilience, and operational performance.

The Role

You will lead and continuously improve the organisation's integrated management systems, with responsibility across:

• ISO 9001, 27001, 22301, 14001 & 42001
• SOC 2 Type II & PCI-DSS
• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
• Supplier & third-party assurance
• Information security, privacy & GDPR
• Business continuity & disaster recovery
• Policies, processes & regulatory compliance
• Continuous improvement & operational resilience
