Job summary

Sanofi Inc. is seeking a Quality Analyst Microbiology in Waterford for a 12‑month fixed‑term role. You will support QA, validation and manufacturing with microbiology testing, data review and cGMP compliance within a fast‑paced QC lab environment.

The role involves performing environmental monitoring, water testing, and other QC microbiology duties, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects. A science background and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Ability to work independently within a QC/Microbiology environment.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide Microbiology support to QA, QP, Validation and Manufacturing teams.
• Review documentation and batch releases.
• Provide technical guidance to QC Microbiology and other departments.
• Perform QC Microbiology testing (water sampling/testing, environmental monitoring, compressed air/nitrogen).
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs and pharmacopeias.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in the lab.
• Represent QC Microbiology at cross-functional meetings.
