Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Quality Analyst Microbiology in Waterford to support QC teams, perform microbiology testing, and ensure products meet specifications. The role involves collaboration with QA, Validation, Manufacturing, and other departments, following cGMP and SOPs.

As part of a dynamic microbiology lab, you will handle environmental monitoring, water testing, and batch release reviews, with a shift pattern that may include extended hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in QC within a Pharmaceutical or GMP facility.
• Experience in microbiological techniques.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and lab software.

Responsibilities

• Provide Microbiology support to QA, QP, Validation and Manufacturing departments.
• Documentation review and batch release review.
• Provide technical guidance to QC Microbiology and other departments.
• Execute QC Microbiology testing (water sampling, water testing, environmental monitoring, compressed air/nitrogen).
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the lab.
• Represent QC Microbiology at cross-functional meetings.
