Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a Quality Analyst Microbiology to support QC operations, review documentation, and release batches in a fast-paced biopharma setting. You will perform microbiology testing, provide guidance to the QC team, and ensure compliance with cGMP and pharmacopeias across multiple departments.

The role offers exposure to environmental monitoring, water testing, and validation interfaces, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or Food science preferred).
• Experience in QC in a Pharmaceutical or GMP facility.
• Experience in microbiological techniques and KPI understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide Microbiology support to QA, QP, Validation and Manufacturing departments.
• Documentation review and batch release review.
• Provide technical guidance to QC Microbiology and cross-functional teams.
• Execute QC Microbiology testing (water sampling, water testing, environmental monitoring, compressed air/nitrogen).
• Compliance with cGMP and pharmacopeias at all times.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement in the lab.
• QC Microbiology representation at cross functional meetings.
