Job summary

Sanofi Waterford seeks a Quality Analyst Microbiology to support the QC team in testing and release activities. You will perform microbiological analytical work, review documentation, ensure results meet cGMP standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the lab.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Validation, Manufacturing and QA, handling water testing, environmental monitoring, and other QC tasks on a 4 x 12 hour shift schedule. Fixed term 12 months.

Qualifications

• Experience in a QC environment within pharma or GMP facilities.
• Experience with microbiological techniques.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide Microbiology support to QA, QP, Validation, and Manufacturing.
• Review documentation and batch releases.
• Offer technical guidance to QC Microbiology and other departments.
• Conduct QC Microbiology testing (water sampling, environmental monitoring, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in the lab.
• Represent QC Microbiology in cross-functional meetings.
