Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a Quality Analyst Microbiology to join the QC Team. You will provide microbiology testing support, ensure safety, quality and compliance with specifications, and collaborate with QA, Validation and Manufacturing. This is a fixed-term 12-month role with 4 x 12‑hour shifts.

A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field and GMP/QC experience are required. You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support cross‑functional teams to maintain high lab

Qualifications

• Experience in a QC department in pharma or GMP facility.
• Experience with microbiological techniques.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., Veeva/Qualipso/Trackwise).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide microbiology support to QA, manufacturing and validation.
• Review documentation and batch releases.
• Guide QC Microbiology team and other departments.
• Perform QC microbiology testing (water sampling, environmental monitoring, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent QC Microbiology in cross-functional meetings.
