Qualifications

Role Overview

Placements are available in Northamptonshire and surrounding areas, including Rugby, so the ability to drive and travel is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils individually and in small groups
• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Support pupils with additional needs where required
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification inor equivalent)
• Previous experience working in UK schools
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to travel to schools across Northamptonshire and Rugby
