Job summary

Qualifications

TeacherActive is looking to take on motivated

Qualified Teachers

on a temporary / permanent basis, with an immediate start available. The successful Qualified Teacher will support pupils across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing pupil progress and creating a positive learning environment that encourages all pupils to reach their full potential. The role will involve adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners, maintaining high standards of behaviour and working collaboratively with other members of staff.

The successful Qualified Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) recognised in Wales
• Experience teaching within a Secondary School setting (desirable)
• A strong understanding of the Curriculum for Wales and classroom expectations
• The ability to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
