Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting qualified Secondary Teachers to work in Cardiff and surrounding areas on a full-time, temporary basis. The role covers KS3/KS4 with engaging, well-managed lessons and adaptable approaches to different school environments.

Successful candidates will have QTS (NQTs welcome), relevant secondary school experience, strong subject knowledge, and excellent communication and organisational skills. PAYE payments and market-leading pay rates apply.

TeacherActive are proud to be working with secondary schools across Cardiff and the surrounding areas. We have developed strong relationships with local schools and are looking for passionate Secondary Teachers who can provide high-quality teaching and create a positive learning environment for pupils.

The schools are looking to take on qualified Secondary Teachers on a full-time, temporary basis, supporting pupils across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4. The successful Secondary Teacher will be expected to deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom behaviour effectively and adapt confidently to the requirements of different secondary school settings.

The successful Secondary Teacher will have:

• QTS (NQTs are welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching within a secondary school environment
• Strong knowledge of their subject specialism
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
