The Old Station Nursery Group is looking for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner for lunch cover in a welcoming setting in Newton Abbot. You will support children's play, meals, and daily routines, while contributing to a safe, caring environment.

You must hold a Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or QTS) and demonstrate understanding of EYFS. The team values a warm, patient, and collaborative approach with families and colleagues.

Qualificações

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or QTS is required.
• Experience with EYFS and child-focused approaches is essential.
• Caring and attentive mindset towards each child.

Responsabilidades

• Support play, care, and daily routines through the EYFS framework.
• Engage children with stories, activities, and lunchtime assistance.
• Help with coats, meals, personal care, and rest as needed.
• Maintain safeguarding, hygiene, and wellbeing at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues, apprentices, and volunteers.
