Monkey Puzzle East Sheen is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or above) to join the team. The role focuses on high-quality care and education for children, with responsibilities across safeguarding, learning environments, and EYFS implementation.

Qualifications

• GCSEs with grades 5-9/A-C.
• Safeguarding knowledge and procedures.
• Participate in child observations and assessments.
• Ability to follow policies and ensure high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, adhering to EYFS frameworks.
• Create inspirational, creative learning environments aligned with children's needs and the nursery.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of children with safeguarding knowledge.
• Implement the EYFS with understanding of child development.
• Report concerns to a senior team member or relevant services.
• Work in partnership with parents and partners to foster children's development.
• Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors.
