Job summary

Monkey Puzzle Loughton is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or above) to join our team at Monkey Puzzle Loughton. You will provide high standards of care and education to support each child's development within the EYFS framework.

The role requires safeguarding knowledge, strong communication with parents, and the ability to work as part of a caring team across our UK network.

Qualifications

• GCSE grades 5-9 / A-C required or equivalent.
• Qualified Level 3 Early Years practitioner status.
• Understanding of safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, while ensuring EYFS frameworks are adhered to.
• Create inspiring and inclusive learning environments in line with children's needs.
• Ensure safety and welfare of children with safeguarding knowledge.
• Implement EYFS with strong understanding of child development.
• Report concerns to a senior team member or relevant services.
• Work with parents and partners to help children thrive.
• Show a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors.

Education

Early Years Level 3 qualification/equivalent
