Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries in Lightwater is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or above) to join our team. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, at Monkey Puzzle Lightwater.

You will deliver high standards of care and education, implement EYFS, uphold safeguarding, and work closely with parents to support each child's development. Competitive salary starts at £29,120 per year, with progression opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• GCSEs 5-9/A-C required.
• Level 3 or higher Nursery Practitioner qualification is preferred.
• Food hygiene level 2 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the nursery to grow and perform to high standards while following EYFS.
• Create inspiring, creative learning environments aligned with children's needs.
• Ensure children's safety through safeguarding knowledge and procedures.
• Implement EYFS with a good understanding of child development.
• Report concerns to a senior team member or relevant services.
• Collaborate with parents and partners to help children thrive.
