Monkey Puzzle Guildford is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or higher) to join our team in Guildford, UK. You will support high standards of care and learning in-line with EYFS, ensuring child safety and development.

The role requires Level 3 in Early Years and safeguarding knowledge, with opportunities to work closely with parents and colleagues. Salary starts from £29,120 per annum plus benefits.

Qualifications

• GCSEs grades 5-9/A-C.
• Full and relevant Level 3 in Early Years.
• Able to ensure the safety and welfare of children with safeguarding knowledge.
• Appropriate behaviour management and observation/assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, adhering to EYFS frameworks.
• Create inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments aligned with children’s needs.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of children with safeguarding knowledge.
• Implement EYFS with understanding of child development.
• Report issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services.
• Work in partnership with parents and our partners to help children thrive.
• Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors.
