Monkey Puzzle East Sheen is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join our team. Location East Sheen, salary starting from £29,120 per year. We look for Level 3+, EYFS experience, safeguarding commitment, and a passion for high standards of care.

Qualifications

• GCSE- grades 5-9/A-C.
• Ability to safeguard and ensure safety and welfare of children.
• Appropriate behaviour management.
• Participate in child observations and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, whilst ensuring that all legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to.
• Create inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures.
• Implement the EYFS with a good understanding of child development.
• Report any issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services.
• Work in partnership with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive.
• Show a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery.
