Qualifications

• GCSE level or equivalent, including Mathematics and English.
• Experience working with the public, including on the telephone.
• Experience of administrative duties.
• Strong IT skills: Outlook and Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Process chronic disease reviews and assist with processing tasks.
• Run Welby reports, maintain spreadsheets and planners, and take appropriate actions.
• Assess home blood pressure readings and take appropriate action.
• Support vaccination programmes (seasonal flu and Covid).
• Provide coding and workflow support, extracting information from clinical documents.
• Arrange appointments, tests and follow-ups prioritising clinical need.
• Assist with the home blood pressure monitoring loan system and records.
• Support QOF, Investment & Impact Fund and Enhanced Service targets.
