Job summary

United Utilities in Warrington is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to maintain the electronic QA system and support the rollout of updated QA processes. You will generate QA reports in Excel/SharePoint and help document improvements across water treatment, catchment and network procedures.

The role focuses on delivering accurate QA documentation, collaborating with teams, and driving business improvements while maintaining data integrity and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Familiar with relevant regulations and ISO 9001/14001 basics.
• Proficient IT skills and clear written communication are essential.
• Experience using SharePoint for document management and page creation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain UU’s electronic QA system daily and manage QA docs.
• Produce standard and ad-hoc QA reports in Excel/SharePoint.
• Develop and improve Water Network processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to publish updated QA materials.
• Support Senior QA Analyst and QA Manager on QA system tasks.
• Communicate effectively with teams across UU.
