Job summary

Oodle Finance is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst in a hybrid setup across Manchester or Oxford. You will independently monitor customer interactions to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality service, supporting ongoing improvements and risk mitigation.

The role focuses on evaluating journeys and operational activity, providing actionable feedback, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain high QA standards and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Understanding FCA regulatory requirements including Consumer Duty.
• GCSE/O-Level including Maths and English with good IT literacy.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify trends and risks.
• Excellent organisation and time management with the ability to prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of customer interactions and journeys using scorecards and monitoring plans.
• Assess customer outcomes, regulatory compliance and operational risks with evidence-based recommendations.
• Evaluate interactions involving vulnerable customers to ensure fair treatment and positive outcomes.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
• Analyze QA findings to identify trends and emerging risks, escalating concerns as needed.
• Lead calibration sessions and QA meetings to maintain consistent standards.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders while maintaining independence of QA function.
• Keep up-to-date with products, regulations and best practices to support onboarding and capability.
