Job summary

United Utilities is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to manage our electronic QA system and support the rollout of new QA processes across Water Treatment, Catchment and Network procedures.

You will maintain QA documentation, generate reports in Excel/SharePoint, and collaborate with operations to improve data quality and business processes. This hybrid role offers development opportunities within UU.

Qualifications

• Understanding of ISO 9001/14001 basics.
• Proficient IT skills and strong written communication.
• Experience using SharePoint for document management and page creation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operation of UU’s electronic QA system and QA documentation.
• Produce standard and ad hoc QA reports using Excel/SharePoint.
• Develop and improve Water Network processes and document procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to update QA documentation and drive improvements.
• Assist Senior QA Analyst and QA Manager on QA system aspects.
• Communicate with teams across UU.
