Zusammenfassung

Jigsaw Business Group is seeking an experienced QA/QC Document Controller to support rail and civil engineering maintenance projects by managing quality documentation and ensuring audit-ready records throughout the project lifecycle.

Working with Facilities, Engineering, Delivery and Commercial teams, you will control, collate and maintain all QA/QC documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and client requirements, and supporting project delivery and handover processes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in QA/QC or Document Control within construction, civil engineering or rail sectors.
• Knowledge of QA/QC documentation, including ITPs, NCRs and metadata management.
• Experience with EDMS/CDE platforms (Aconex, Asite, ProjectWise, Viewpoint).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF document management.

Aufgaben

• Administer and maintain the CDE/EDMS with version control.
• Receive, register, distribute and archive drawings, RAMS, ITPs and correspondence with full version control.
• Collate QA/QC documentation including inspection records, test certificates and quality data sheets.
• Manage document transmittals, RFIs and interfaces between client and contractor document systems.
• Ensure documentation complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and client requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate document registers and deliverables.
• Produce and maintain document trackers, progress reports and weekly status updates.
• Provide guidance to project teams on document control procedures and workflows.
• Compile as-built documentation, O&M manuals and handover packs for client submission.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and available for project close-out.
