Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking an experienced Document Controller/QA Support to oversee documentation for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will manage project docs, QA data, and handover packs, liaising with design teams, site teams and clients to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.

The role requires strong attention to detail, experience with ITPs and QA processes, plus ability to handle multiple projects and support audits and close-out activities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Document Controller, QA Coordinator, Handover Coordinator or Technical Administrator in water/utilities/construction.
• Experience on Water Treatment Works (WTW), Sewage Treatment Works (STW), Pumping Stations, Pipelines, Civil eng projects, MEICA.
• Experience managing controlled documentation on large infrastructure projects.
• Understanding QA processes and handover requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation lifecycle with accuracy and version control.
• Coordinate QA documentation per project specs and client requirements.
• Prepare and compile handover packs for completed water infra projects.
• Maintain document control systems; distribute drawings and revisions.
• Liaise with design/site teams, subcontractors, and clients for docs.
• Monitor ITPs, material certificates, commissioning records, as-builts.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and QA procedures.
• Track approvals, TQs, RFIs and engineering changes.
• Support audits and client quality reviews.
• Assist with project close-out and final handover docs.
