The Right Hire Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join the QA team of an established engineering business supplying mechanical equipment to the offshore oil and gas industry.

You will ensure shopfloor documentation and Manufacturing Record Books are completed accurately, checked thoroughly, and submitted within deadlines, collaborating with Quality Engineers and Project Managers. Strong organisational, IT and team skills are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Document Controller or similar admin role in engineering/manufacturing.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Compile and submit MRBs with all required documentation.
• Respond to MRB comments within agreed timescales.
• Produce shopfloor documentation packs including manufacturing Travellers.
• Upload and maintain documentation on customer portals.
• Monitor incoming documents and route revisions to Project Managers.
• Arrange and order PPE and office supplies.
• Provide and manage documentation across multiple projects.
