Zusammenfassung

Salutem Care & Education is recruiting a Quality Assurance & Improvement Manager (QAIM) into our Adult CQC QAIM Team, with ownership of the Supported Living Quality Lead portfolio. The role demands senior expertise in quality assurance, with responsibility for improving services beyond compliance toward Good and Outstanding outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in health and/or social care (5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, inspection expectations and quality frameworks.
• Proven Supported Living experience, including Reach Standards, and evidence them in practice.
• Experience delivering internal QA activity (audits/inspections/reviews) with robust action plans.
• Evidence of leading quality improvement and change across multiple sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a national workload.
• Willingness to travel regularly across England, including overnight stays.

Aufgaben

• Lead quality assurance activity across Adult Supported Living services using Salutem’s framework.
• Drive inspection readiness with mock inspections and post-inspection actions.
• Support QA, inspection readiness and improvement across Residential Care and other adult services.
• Provide expert advice on sector standards including CQC and Reach Standards.
• Provide structured quality improvement to move from compliance to sustained improvement (Good to Outstanding).
• Coach and challenge Managers and leaders on governance, evidence of impact and outcomes.
• Produce clear high-quality reports with themes and risk escalation.
• Use quality intelligence to identify trends and reduce risk, embedding learning.
• Collaborate with Operations, L&D, HR, Safeguarding, IT and other functions for continuous improvement.
• Act as ambassador for quality and best practice across Salutem’s adult services.
