Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a dedicated Pupil Support Administrator for Hillingdon Manor School in Uxbridge. The fixed-term maternity cover role supports pupils with attendance, engagement and reintegration, building strong links between home and school.

You will work with families, staff and external agencies, coordinating interventions and maintaining precise records while promoting positive attendance. Strong organisation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupil attendance and working with families.
• Experience in a school or educational setting preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Well organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Independent worker and team player.
• Accurate record-keeping and IT competency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance and punctuality, identifying concerns and supporting improvements.
• Work with pupils and families to overcome barriers to attendance and engagement.
• Coordinate attendance interventions, support plans and reintegration programmes.
• Build positive relationships with parents, carers, staff and external agencies.
• Conduct attendance meetings, home visits and outreach support where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation while promoting positive attendance across the school.
