Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Pupil Support Administrator on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. The role focuses on supporting pupil attendance, building strong links with families and delivering interventions to help vulnerable learners thrive.

You will monitor attendance, coordinate support plans and work with external agencies to promote positive outcomes. The position operates within Hillingdon Manor’s educational setting, supporting students aged from 10 to 19 across two sites.

Job description

We are seeking a compassionate, organised and proactive Pupil Support Administrator to join our dedicated school community on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and their families. You'll play a vital role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, improving attendance, strengthening relationships between home and school, and ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.
You will work closely with pupils and families to identify and address attendance concerns, develop support plans, coordinate interventions and help create positive outcomes for vulnerable learners.
You'll be an important link between home and school, building trusted relationships with families, supporting reintegration following periods of absence, and working collaboratively with staff and external agencies to ensure pupils receive the support they need to succeed.

At Hillingdon Manor, we provide specialist education for 185 pupils, aged between 10 and 19. Located across two sites, our Secondary School supports around 125 students. The aim of the site is to provide enough support to unlock each pupil's potential so they can live fulfilling and productive lives.
