• Existing B2B experience in outbound sales or lead generation.
• Clear written and verbal communication including professional emails and calls.
• Experience reaching decision-makers and navigating gatekeepers.
• Ambition to develop a sales career with coachability and feedback.
• Curiosity, adaptability and consistent outbound activity.

Responsabilités

• Research organisations and identify relevant decision makers.
• Outbound telephone and email outreach to public sector managers and manufacturers.
• Understand current arrangements, maintenance challenges and upcoming projects before meetings.
• Record discovery notes, contact details and actions in HubSpot.
• Send information and follow up with prospects not yet ready.
• Collaborate with business development and marketing to improve outreach and lead quality.
