Job summary

Bovis is seeking a Digital Construction Manager in London to lead BIM and information management, ensuring compliance with client requirements and our ways of working. You will support production, quality and site management while controlling costs and building collaborative teams.

With a focus on ISO 19650 and BIM execution planning, you will drive digital handover strategies and ensure high-quality deliverables across projects in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in construction-related field.
• CSCS card is required.
• Chartered CIOB status preferred.
• Experience leading BIM across projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 series.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM strategy across projects and develop BEP.
• Coordinate BIM with client teams and planning.
• Ensure ISO 19650 compliance and quality control.
• Coach project teams and build capability.
• Manage BIM information delivery to meet program milestones.
• Audit BIM processes and report to stakeholders.
• Support safety through model-based information.
• Interface with procurement and commercial teams on BIM scopes.
