Job summary

Gleeds in the Midlands seeks an experienced Information Manager to lead Information Management and BIM services across Nottingham or Birmingham. You will deliver ISO 19650 aligned IM, manage EIR/IDP/AIR/BEP, and guide digital handover to AIM while building client relationships and expanding account opportunities.

This role blends technical IM expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, supporting bids, and contributing to the IM BU's growth as we scale toward 2027 targets.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IM in line with ISO 19650 and UK BIM Framework.
• Ability to develop and manage EIR, IDP, AIR, and BEP.
• Proven capability in configuring and training on common data environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IM and BIM management for projects in the Midlands.
• Develop and manage information delivery plans and model data quality.
• Lead client-facing IM activity and bid/support for business development.
