Job summary

Rullion is recruiting a Client-Side Building & Construction Project Manager in Liverpool to lead delivery of building fabric, structural maintenance and related construction projects for a public-sector estate. You will own projects from concept to completion in a client-facing role with stakeholders, consultants and contractors in live environments.

The role is onsite in Liverpool, 6-month contract, inside IR35, offering up to £650 per day.

Qualifications

• Proven client-side project management experience in public-sector environments.
• Experience delivering building fabric and structural maintenance projects.
• Ability to manage live, occupied environments safely and compliantly.
• Strong drafting of scopes, tender docs, and governance papers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client-side lead for refurbishment, repairs and construction projects.
• Develop and manage project scopes, technical specifications, tender documentation, and governance papers.
• Oversee consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
• Conduct condition assessments, lifecycle replacements, and cost estimates for planning.
• Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with public-sector governance.
