Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager for an industrial fit-out in Rotherham. You will oversee a £2.5m unit, coordinating racking, mezzanine floors and a new office, with up to 15 trades on site.

This 18-week contract requires strong leadership, planning and safety oversight to deliver on time and to high standards.

Project Manager - Industrial Fit Out

Rotherham, South Yorkshire

£400 - £425 per day | Outside IR35 | 18 week contract | September start

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in industrial fit out projects? This is an opportunity to take control of a £2.5m industrial unit project in Rotherham, involving the installation of racking systems, mezzanine floors and a new office.

My client is looking to appoint a Project Manager for a 18 week contract, managing the day-to-day delivery of the project and overseeing up to 15 skilled trade operatives at any one time. You will work closely with the client, contractors and project stakeholders to ensure the programme is delivered safely, efficiently and on target.

• Ability to manage works within a live environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid and NEBOSH.
• Proficient in Prince2 (similar packages will be considered)
