Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of RC frame and groundwork packages on London and broader UK projects. The role covers initial work on a landmark stadium project for 3-4 months with fully expensed accommodation, before transitioning to a major healthcare development in London as it progresses into delivery in early 2027.

You'll coordinate site teams, subcontractors and client representatives, driving health and safety, quality and programme objectives

Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering within UK/Ireland.
• Subcontractors preferred and able to manage multiple trades on site.
• Experience with RC frame, groundworks and heavy civils.
• Valid UK driving licence is required.

Project Manager

London & UK Projects | £400 - £500 per day

We're working with a well established and growing specialist contractor, recognised for delivering reinforced concrete frame and groundwork packages across major UK construction projects. The successful candidate will initially support the delivery of a landmark stadium project for approximately 3 - 4 months (fully expensed accommodation provided), before moving onto a major healthcare development in London as it progresses from preconstruction into delivery at the start of 2027.
